Golden Sun Dark Dawn working?

I was just wondering if anyone managed to get Golden Sun Dark Dawn working on a SC CF? Whenever i patch the rom it comes out as 0Kb, I know the SC support team has stopped updating software so this could just be due to that, but I was just wondering if its just me?
