Yep, Just like the SNESAdvance roms need to:

1) Built using the standard GBA Rom builder found here
http://hem.passagen.se/flubba/gbadown.html
I used all the defaults on "splatterhouse" & "Devils Crush"

2) then the "built" rom needs to be patched using the Supercard patcher (This only makes sense givin that standard GBA roms have to be patched also and the builder, after all, is creating a standard rom)

As with the SNESadvance, this emulator/builder is still under constant development by the obviouly gifted Flubba. Supercard does actually have this emulator built in but ut is version 6.9 and the version I linked you too is 7.3 and has more compatability. Both games I've tried so far also seemed to suffer from slowdown (but atleast the work now), but we'll see what changing some of those settings does.
Don't waste your time if your expcting perfect emulation for Turbo graphics 16. Emulation software is made by volunteers looking to contribute to the community and generaly takes a long time to improve upon. Still, some hope for those TGFX16 fans out there like me.
I will report back here after I have tested some more roms. Feel free to add your own input  :)

edit: It does support sound! you just have to turn it on (L+R) :D

sweet. hey can u test bonk 1 2 3????? bonk 2 ran ok on the sueprcard version. i wanted to see if the bonks were any better on the new version.

Bonks' revenge (Bonk 2 right?) runs seemingly well, while the other 2 bonks' just black screen still. For comparisons purposes I loaded the Bonks' revenge.pce rom straight onto my supercard but it black screened also. I am curious how you got it to work without the build. See what version of pceadvance is running on your Supercard if you can (L+R while your in game)
Infact I couldn't get any games to load other than a slow version of afterburner on the 6.9 version that was included with the supercard. Anyway of the games I've tested so far using this method ,here are some results.

Afterburner            works great
Devils Crush          Works good but at about half speed I'd say
Splatterhouse         Works good also at about half speed
Bonks' revenge      Works good
Blazing lazers        Still black screens
R-type                   Slows down when the screen fills with baddies
Street fighter 2      Slow with gfx glitches
Bonk 1&3               Still black screens

It's nice to know that we don't have to wait for Romann to update the firmware to keep current with new versions but obviously there is more work that needs to be done.

i just tried them again. bonk 1 loads but is slow. but 2 is the best of the 3. bonk 3 is a little faster than 1. all i did was put them in a folder and select the roms. when i hit L + R it says i have version 6.9. which i assumes is what all supercards have.

That seems weird that they won't load for me even though I have the same 6.9 version by default. My only guess is that your roms are of a better source. Oh well, there you have it anyway. You should try building those roms with the 7.3 build and see if there is any performance increase. I'd love to see a playable version of Devils Crush, thats a cool game.

Diablo

Remember:  if it's a US ROM, then it is most likely encrypted, and PCEAdvance can't play it.  Use a software (like PCEToy) to decrypt these ROMs.

Also, don't forget to check the box next to "US ROM" when injecting them.
