Do i need to put pocket nes on the card? If I don't do I need to convert the .nes files to .gba? How do I save, or does the saving work? One last question, pocket nes has a limit of 32 megs can I exceed this?

No.  PocketNES, Goomba, PCEAdvance, and DrSMS are all built-in. to the Supercard

You do not need to convert the files.  Keep them as .nes, and just select them as you would a GBA game.

My sticky on that subject is here

The Game Boy Advance is incapable of playing anything larger than 32MB, which is what is causing the limit (not the emulator).

So there actually isn't a file limit as long as the .nes games are kept seperate. Thank you very much.

Correct.

However, you may also group all your NES ROMs into 32MB or smaller groups, then inject each group into a .gba file.  You can still save each game individually using save states and a single .sav file for the injected .gba ROM.  Of course, you can only save up to 12 different save states using a 64k .sav file, and 48 save states using a 256k .save file (enable "Enble more Saver" when patching).
