I have a pretty good internet cable connection (600kbps) and usually play online games on my PC without any trouble.

Playing Mario Kart DS however is a different matter. I am using a Ralink-based WiFi card and the AccessPoint (AP) drivers. I have managed to play online some times YES, but it is very difficult to get a match started.

I get connected to Nintendo WFC but when I get to the point where it is "searching for opponents" I have to wait for as long as 4 or 5 minutes sometimes to be able to get into a match! And several times I get disconnected from Nintendo WFC before that...

Anyone else having this kind of problem???

Yea im having that same problem, I have tried at two different places with two different routers. Mabey its where you live? I live in the US where do you live?

-shrugs- Usually takes a minute or two which is usually longer than PC games. I guess you can either have patience and wait, or you can just not bother playing on wifi ^_^

is becouse marios kart is peer-to-peer,, ans it have to find avaliable users thar can conect to others players..
