Does anyone else have download play issues with some games?

With me as the host of games some just crash when my friend is trying to download the information from me. Games such as MKDS, Monkey Ball DS and a few others don't work but others do work.

When my friend's DS crashes whilst downloading the information it gets stuck on a nintendo logo on the top screen.

Any odeas?

I heard some people say that putting flashme on the DS downloading the multiplay game it works on... but I'm not sure since I've never met anyone else with a DS that I could try something like that with.

I have tried multiple games with one of my friend with the new patcher and firmware and every game we tried worked

Did this include monkey ball (J) and mario kart (US)?

they work for me...both ds,one flashed with flashme 5,one with original firmware,and no game cart.
tryed it with both flashed to flashme 5 and they both work,2 supercards,2 copies of monkeyball,etc...all work.
monkey ball needs 2 copies of the game tho..
