All super card SD's are a little too thick. It's not a huge deal... after several uses the card wares down a little and comes out easier.

Like the first few times I used it, I had to tug really hard to get it out. Soon I just had to wiggle it a little. Now while it's still harder to get out then a standard gba game, it's not especially difficult. Just requires one little tug and it comes out.

Whoops. Misread the topic. Thought we were talking SuperCard versus super pass.

You get used to it's in and out motions... or you can simply install flashme (which you really should do for the protection it offers. If you brick your DS and you only use super pass your DS is screwed unless you like to solder)

Yeah I want to flash it but im scared too at the mo so I'm reading up all about it
