Hi all,

Orderd a 512mb sd card today and a supercard.

Im jsut wondering are there still alot of issues with gameboy advance games and biogger nds games?

Also, can you play mp3s without converting? and if so, does it work with the lid closed?

And final question is , is it true that the gbamp is better at playing videos than the supercard on an nds?

Thanks

Andy

basically gba games still have issues, but nds not somany, alos you still have to convert(mp3's) them to play with moonshell, the media player is a ifi issue, ive never had a issue with making a movie work on the sc card, but it uses the same convert software the media player uses.
TF WAS THAT?

Moonshell plays mp3s, and it continues to play with the lid closed. (And it even turns off the light.)

As for videos... Moonshell plays DMV format, and it includes a program to convert videos to that format. They tend to come out bigger than they started, though.
Manually signing your posts is dumb.

Firmware versioning: Get a Passcard 3, a SuperKey, or a slot-1 flashkit. Then it doesn't matter which firmware you have.

I think most gba games work fine, but some have issues.

Unconverted mp3's can be played with moonshell and you can close the lid.

gbamp is better for movies than the sc's filmplay, but I am not sure about the moonshell movies, but their filesizes are huge.

The prefetcher patch helps a lot with the slow GBA games. There are a very select few that don't get any speed up (don't remember which)
