check it out, SnesDS for supercard SD. Dunno if there is a version for CF version but download it and try it out for yourself if you have a SD version.
I havent try it out yet, still need to find some roms, but I hope it support direct SD access.

edit: I just tried it out, it supports direct SD access.
If anyone is having trouble getting this to work, you have to download the SnesDS (12-13-2005)  on the top of the page first, then grab it updated 12-13-2005 - SuperCard SD file and extract that into where you extract the SnesDS (12-13-2005) folder. Run snesds.exe to get snesds.ds.gba. Put that and the snes roms into your SD and you're done.

edit2: Super Mario World plays, some graphical gliches but plays fine, I cant get it to save though.
