oh my god, flashme help!!!

I lost power to the ds whilst flashing, now all i have are black screens help!!!!!!

Try the flashme recovery proceedure ( Boot with START+SELECT+A+B ) if you'd got as far as the SL1 shorting stuff there is a chance its already installed the failsafe. If you get black screens you should be able to install flashme again via putting it on your SC and launching it normally - although I belive you have to "drive it blind"

nothing comes up after i try the recovery so i assume it is not done so I will have to fly blind! is the sequesnce x b x b the a to start the flashing?

flashme starts normally but the supercard menu doesn't. The easiest way is simply to have flashme.nds on your SD/CF, then when you get the black screens just hit A and the flashme installer should start...

i still dont get anything come up i have flashme on the sc, ant metroid in the superpass. If flashme is running how do i kno it is done if the screen is black?

This was the first flash, no fail safe in place!

If the recovery proceedure hadn't been installed by the time the power went your only option is ppflash I'm afraid.

What is PPFlash.......please please tell me! this is my 6 year old's DS and i would like to get it fixed or its gonna cost me £80 for another one.

You can get ppflash from darkfaders site http://darkfader.net/ you need to make a cable / have soldering skills.

That's a bit beyond me so i have put it on Ebay for spares or repairs. Gonna have to buy the little one another tomorrow!

I dont think his recovery thing was installed before the DS went dead.
