You need to append moonshell to an nds loader.
Find and download ndsloader.bin from the web and copy to the same directory as the moonshell file.
Go to dos (start, run, type 'cmd').
Go to the directory that you have the files.
Type copy /b ndsloader.bin + [NameOfMoonshell.nds] NewFile.nds
   where [NameOfMoonshell.nds] is the name of the moonshell file
You then copy NewFile.nds to your CF card, and run it.
Note: Make sure the ndsloader.bin doesn't have the nds bricker.
