Kind of hard to not know what relese this save is for.

The release does not matter.

Mario kart is mario cart, it's not like it's a different game.

Curious on this one. I beat everything and have all cars tracks unlocked (32 cars per person and the main screen picture changes). Is there anything else to unlock? Just wondering if you get 1st on every track with a one or more star rating if that unlocks anything additional.

It gives you a star on your wifi picture when you play online "# of stars on wifi picture depend on how many you have in all the races." Max is three, and you must get three in all of the races" . If you get at least 1 star in all of the missions you will unlock mission#7. Also if you place a certain time in time trials you will unlock the nintendo staff ghosts.

Too bad there isn't a way to get these saves over to an original Mario Kart DS cartridge. Or, is there, anybody know?

use the program rain you can back up you original save from card and burn a other save on the card

If anyone has beat this and gotten a gold star rating on every cup I would love to have your save file! I was told that doing this unloacks a new track. I am just not good enough to get stars on all of them = }

Ok. This is for the USA 1.0 release only i believe. it only worked for me on that release. yay for all maps/vehicals/characters

Thanks, mikesinclair, I did it for my friend on his DS and now he has everything unlocked like me. Of course, not in an honest way :wink:
