I'm putting some pictures in a card to show people.  For email it's 640X480... what's the biggest size the DS can handle?  (I mean it can handle biggest sizes, but what's the size that anything above that won't increase the quality of the resulting image?)

In other words, what's the smallest size I can use that will still give me the best image.

I think the tip top limit was pretty huge...

If you mean what's the largest picture size you can have without scrolling on the screen, it's 256x192. Any image larger then that and you have to scroll around the screen.

This works great as a portable photo album.  I have over 1300 pics which take just under 80 megs (which is nothing on a 2 gigger).

The pictures look great!  MP3 player, photo viewer, text... now if you could only drag and drop WMV, this would be a dream machine
