I was confused as well but I figured it out. I used Mario Kart DS on my Red DS here are all the steps.

Programing the SuperPass2.
- Note you will need a standard A-B USB cable to power the programmer

1. Flip the little switch on the side of the SuperPass2 to put it in programing mode, I assum it is not shipped that way.

2. Insert the SuperPass2 into the programmer, then connect the programmer to your parelle printer port. (In my bios I had it set to NORMAL you may need to tweak it if you get an error)

3. Connect the USB cable

4. Open up the SuperPass app and select the game you have. And click the go button. If all is well it will prompt you to copy the specific .gba and .sav files to the SuperCard. these are found in the programs directory.

Stage 2 Flashme
-lets assume you have a flashme.nds and the .gba and.sav file from the last stage on the super card

1. Prep the DS by removing the batt cover and the sticker covering the hole you need to short.. Check pictures from the other guides. Also plug your DS in to ensure it has power.

2. MAKE SURE you have something easy to hold, conductive and that will fit in the hole. I thought my little screwdriver would, but it didn't, ended up with a small nail that was hard to hold.

3. All set, now with the SC in the GBA slot and nothing in the DS slot. Make sure you flip the switch on the SuperPass2 back to the default possition and insert your game into it. Make sure it is handy.

3. Boot the DS into GBA mode and run the .GBA file that was copied to it. It will say something like DONE or READY. This is where I differ from other directions. BEFORE turning off the DS insert the SuperPass2 with game NOW. Then turn the DS off then on again right away. This time it should boot in DS mode with the menu on the top screen and the SC logo on the bottom. if it is a white screen the you have something wrong with the previous steps.

4. Hear we go, with conductive object in hand,  launch the flashme app. It will prompt you to hit OXOX to start, a progress meter will appear but will not move if you have a newer DS untill you short the hole. Make sure you GET THE RIGHT ONE. Simply insert the conductive object in the hold and the progress meter should start moving, if you lose contact , just put it back in and it should continue. It will say done or success at the end. and tell you it is safe to turn the DS off.

5. Turn the DS off, put the cover back on and remove the SupperPass2. The next time you power on the ds will boot with flashme, the SuperPass2 is nolonger needed.

Thanks, very nice information, I got it all done tonight, it wasnt that hard at all as long as you have the right tools and apps.

What do you do with the SP2 when youre DS is already "flashed" ?

You can sell it at ebay ! You don´t need them anymore !

Why do you want to program it ?? Boot with your SC and enjoy !

And yes , programming has finished with this notice !

Just a quick reminder to everybody that is having problems:

1.- Make sure everything is correctly isntalled (Hardware)
2.- Make sure your port is enabled, check your BIOS, and everything.
3.- Make sure it's LPT1
4.- Additionally you may want to try darkfader's app, that may fix the problems you are having.
