I've been doing a classic gaming internet radio show for over 7 years (RetroGaming Radio) and a friend wanted to start a Nintendo DS radio show, so he contacted me to help him out.

I got so excited about it, I decided to do it WITH him.  The result is Dual Screen Radio.  The first episode is out - all opinions from my peer group here would be appreciated; love it or hate it.

Very interesting commentary- one person is louder than the other ( I myself dont put my volume very high, so it matters).
Is it going to be a  weekly show or a monthly(or what else)?

We're still working on the technology end of things - normalization isn't always a desireable solution - so we're working on that.

We're hoping to have the show every other week - we'll see if we can get a quality show done in that periodicity.  If we can't we'll open it another week ...

WOW GREAT 90 minutes spent.  

even though i STILL dont have a ds yet, i still enjoyed this show.  

i totally agree with your philosophy on the ds, that innovation is great.  im also a gamer that REALLY REALLY REALLY enjoys games with innovation.  people think im a nintendo fanboy, but the truth is, even if i was, it IS because they have innovation, for example, super smash bros.  who would ever thought of that?  (didnt like ssb melee as much....could've been much better)

stuff like that is GENIUS.  now i really cant wait to get my hands on one.  

i really like the stories too, keep it up!!

btw, 90 minutes is a good length for your show.  60 minutes would suffice too.

i'm not sure if there is enough things to talk about every two weeks though.  i hope so.

I think it's a fantastic idea, and a good first show.  Maybe more facts and fewer opinions.  All we need now is a streaming audio/video player for DS. Looking forward to the next show.

Second show was great for me.  I was entertained and informed (liked the Sega F.T.M. bits), and walked away excited about owning a DS.

Having known Mr. Shane for about the entire amount of time that Retrogaming Radio has been in existence, I know the quality of the stuff that he does. I will be listening to this on Monday when I get back in town, and even with a minor tech glitch or two, I know that this show will be excellent!!
