I've downloaded the english ones, and I've even resorted to trying the jibberish ones. Games like Advance Wars, pokemon games, golden sun, the castlevania games and many more don't seem to do anything when cheats are applied.

I've asked this question before, a long time ago, but I'm just wondering if anyone has anymore insight into the problem.
