corrupt supercard flash SD version

Anyone had this before, the supercard is corrupt the bottom screen is all blocky and its not working, anyway round this i  flashed it with sd_60?
lack DSLite with supercard lite microSD 1.7 with 1GB microSD and Superkey
SCDS Slot 1 *new*

psp v1.5 32m + 1GB DUO and a shit load of games lol
