To any of you who haven't gotten this sweet update, I tell you.. GET THIS BABY!

I've been waiting for this one for a long time.  Why?  IMO the old audio qualty = THE SUCK.  It had this annoying hiss and it was all, well it sounded digitized, like the audio was being rendered down to a low bitrate or something.

I kept saying, man, I wish this thing would produce sound like an iPod.  And well NOW IT DOES.  Man, whoever deserves credit for this update, someone please go find a very attractive person of the opposite sex to give them a kiss.  Cause the sound is excellent now!

With this NDS is totally doable as a portable media player, I was actually considering the notion of MAYBE just maybe buying an iPod, not anymore.

yeah i agreed
first time using moonshell is version 0.6

the sound quality is bad
but now... I really love my NDS

WOW, now the DS can really be a multimedia machine with moonshell 0991. The sound improved 110%. I havent tried a video yet, but just with my mp3's it makes all the difference in the world no more stupid hissing lol.

lol seems like I cant keep up updating moonshell, as soon as you update it another version comes out, at least there is always lots of improvements:

- link to wifi: get streaming music and video via wi-fi

- personal profile: just put you finger in touchscreen and moonshell loads your personel profile and your top10 music.

i agree, moonshell is totally superb now and is my favourite program, when about its on and listening to music i hardly play games now but its one excellent program.  it would be awesome if it launched the nds games directly from the supercard and have a picture icon of the game but also it will be brilliant as a boot up for the supercard but i dont think it will fit on at all being too big.

Mhentai  what you said would be awesome,  internet updates straght off as well as meidia  streams of music, i have xbox media center on my modded xbox and use the internet streaming  more a less all the time.

what i think that should be looked at next while getting moonshell  working correctly is a program to make skins for moonshell or to split the image up into the parts if that can be done but it will be a  great job if it could be done

If the supercard can now restart from an nds file (L+R+X+A I think) then I wonder if it could be applied to Moonshell? that would eliminate the need for it to start games on its own... or at least make the process of starting game less annoying then power cycling the ds.

Overamplification doesn't work on video. Set the volume higher when converting and wear headphones when watching.

All I can say is wow.  I finally got around to trying it and it sounds even better than my PC through the big speakers.
