It looks to me like a GBA cartridge will stick out of the bottom. What do you think?

Yea, that had been confirmed on the NDS Lite product page. A normal GBA cart will stick out 1cm, so my supercard SD will be   :shock:

Yeah those pics looks much better nice pure white! I see the GBA slot cover comes totallly off and the GBA catridges does stick out a lot. Imagine an M3 sticking out of that DSlite  :lol:

Yeah, that is a total turnoff. I was all set to camp out at Bic Camera on MArch 2nd, to buy one or two Lites, but there's no way in hell I want a SC SD hanging so far out of the DS ... These companies really need to develop something we can use in the DS slot. I mean, the only reason homebrew and dumps work on the DS is because Nintendo was generous enough to include the GBA slot. But now with the DS Lite, having a Supercard of even worse, an M3, hanging out of that slot, is just ridiculous ...

Now I don't even know if I should bother getting a Lite. I don't think I'll be too happy with it ...
