I have a little Question to our Nintendo DS Coders.
Is it possible to write a Program, that make something like an VPN (Virtual Private Network) for the DS? That Program start a Wifi Connection to another DS, to Play WLAN Games against each other.
What do you think?

Not really sure ... one of the better programmers can tell me this, but the local multiplayer doesn't use true 802.11b, does it? I suppose that could make "tunneling" a problem.

I wonder if the XLink guys have ever wanted to tackle something like this ... they have made the PSP tunneling program work after all.

It uses the frequency, but what it transmits over that frequency is not standard TCP/IP traffic like a PC does. There is no real "NiFi" as such, because each game has its own protocols. There's also a standard mode used for download play (well, for the actual download, anyway) which could, technically, be called NiFi.
Manually signing your posts is dumb.

Firmware versioning: Get a Passcard 3, a SuperKey, or a slot-1 flashkit. Then it doesn't matter which firmware you have.
