I'm using a SC SD with a Sandisk SD 256 Standard.. When I first tried running Tony Hawk on SC, it was working really choppy and it was kinda unplayable. I blamed it all on my SD card and gave up trying. But today, I wanted to give an another shot. I emptied my SD card. I patched the game with Trim and Faster Game play(No restart) and choose Supercard for ROM Positon Patch.. Anyways the results were suprising because I didn't encounter any slowdowns so far. To be on the safe side I turn off all the sounds and choose "no" for all songs from the list (I play my DS in public so I dont need sound anyways) Anyways the game works nice so far..

P.S : Just wanted to share my ideas.. Sorry if it's old..

Actually, funny you mention, I've had hardly any problems with TH.  I don't remember what I patched it with (it was what was recommended @ dualscene.net), but it's running almost perfect.  When I first booted it, the first time through it seemed extremely skippy and choppy.  After a couple of times playing it though it only seems like it skips one frame when I jump, which does nothing to affect the gameplay.  oh and I'm using SCSD w/ Kingston 512.
