is this possible that a game released in europe has the same dump than US game?

cause i see US dumps with french language, and can't find Europe dumps available... (maybe still not released in europe, but i don't think...)

Well, different region games produce different binary signatures. However most Europe and US games are exactly the same in function, (edit) including language options.

If you're thinking compatibility, if something in the U version has problems/bugs with the SC, then chances are the J and E versions will have the exact same problems. And vice versa.
