I think that has happened to me too before.  Did it give you a glitchy symbol as a file in your menu, and when you tried to execute it, it did nothing?  That's what happened to mine a couple days ago when I tried to save a .sav file to my card the exact same way.

i don't recall any glitchy symbol, but everything deleted...:(

I'm going to need some savs for mario kart and trauma center...

I'll go ask in the general forums and also search for them

when I try this

mount -t jffs2 /dev/rom1 /sram

I get Unknown error 16

wht am I supposed to do?

I think I solved this problem:
There shouldn't be space in "/dev/rom1 /sram", so you have to type "/dev/rom1/sram".

I tried it, yet now i get a diffrent error
"Mount:
Cannot read /etc/fstab :Unkown error 2"
Does this action makes dslinux save stuff in the /sram folder to the sram when you type "poweroff"? Can anyone please post a save with this enabled?

I can't get this to work too, but there's new version at http://kineox.free.fr/DS/. I got the same error and then discovered that you haven't to mount sram.
I turned on DS and DSLinux, logged in, and then did "eraseall /dev/mtd1" and "poweroff". After this I did QPC save and started DSLinux again, creaeted a file in "/sram" and after another QPC saving it still was there.

i havr had exams i installed linux on my pc and im trying to get the  toolchain and stuff so wait

btw there gonna nclude browsers in the official builds from now on

any way that one with the romfs dont use it unless you want to type wifi settings erevry time as it automatically formats the sram every boot to prevent the long error message log

do youmean by using SRAMexplorer?
