Ok, it took longer than I thought - here's a save for Super Princess Peach (U), with 100% completion, even the monsters. It's no longer Endless Fever, but Endless Vibe. Also, there's a setting in the "Bonus" screen (where you can rewatch Perry's dreams) to turn off the unlimited vibe meter.
Manually signing your posts is dumb.

Firmware versioning: Get a Passcard 3, a SuperKey, or a slot-1 flashkit. Then it doesn't matter which firmware you have.
