doese somebody know the right settings to get this to work. i have seen it on the compatable list all i can get is corrupted save or the map screen bounces up and down. need info pleeeeese!

I can help here, i found this out with luck..

1) patch the rom using the 'more' saver option (not entirely sure this is needed, but this will definately work)

2)run the rom, you will get a save error message, then start SuperMario3 and get to the file selection screen

3)At the file selection screen choose slot 3, and play..do not use slot 1

4)When finished playing (I recomend completing 1 level then saving in game at least), save to your memory card.. I use the on/off method, then save


The next time you play the game will be fine, though you will get that initial error message, and you can now use any of the save slots.
