i am really confused on how to flash my ds with Superpass1 and NDS FW2

I see heaps of different ways of how to flash my DS, most of them for the Superpass2.

Im thinking about going by this method : http://www.scdev.org/index.php?cat=info&tutorial=flashme_passme_and_superpass

But i read everywhere that you need a NDS loader?
or need to rename the file?
or something else?

so....can someone confirm that this this how i should go about flashing my DS?:


1) Copy flashme.nds to my SD card and put it into my SC with the superpass1

2) Boot the DS and run flashme.nds

3) short SL1

4) wait till successful flash confirmation

5) turn off DS

Yes this sounds about right. Basically if you launched the flashme.nds and it just "white screened" you'd need to start thinking about ndsloader.bin otherwise yep you're good to go. May the flashme be with you etc

so i should do exacty as i just wrote down? i dont need to patch or rename flashme.nds?

can I use superpass2 flashme to ds ver 1 ( old version )  ?
