Has anyone actualy gotten it to work right?? Sometimes it dosent work.. sometimes I can get to the first menues before u start the game... and sometimes after I start the game all you can see is samus and the background is messy.. and it freezes. Some people have claimed they have beatin it on SuperNes DS

I think you read the words of liars.  From everything I've read, the snes emu for nds doesn't work very well (I use the SC SD).  I've tried a number of games and none of them performed any where near satisfactorily.  Hey I think i just invented a new word! yay!
eah see!

yeah, same happen to me, i read about a lot of games that work"near perfect" (http://luffy.free.fr/nds/snesds_compat/index.php), but no one works on my machine, BUUAHHH, i have a SC SD too, and i want to have a good SNES emulator, and a GENESIS emulator, i'll love it, (and maybe something just like mame hehehe).

hope SNESds guys work on it, because there's plenty of time since their last change...

The closest I got it to work was with a "Justin Baily hack" version.  Where you are Samus without the suit.  All other versions would not work for me.

It actually played perfect thru the first part where you escape from the space station.  However, when I got to the planet the graphics were all scrambled.  I could control and see Samus, but the background looked like watching TV with a rabbit ear antenna.

I also found that if you don't create a .sav file that the game will freeze where you select your save slot.

ok ok, i found something, it seems that the library that the developers of snesDS use for accesing to the SD system, were a bit old, and can only acces to a very limited amount of data, so the game never get completely loaded.

SO, if you wanna play some games, you must do the next:

download the last version, (12-13 i think), and unzip it to a directory

download a version WITHOUT sc sd compatibility (12-8), and unzip it to the SAME directory

now run snesDS.exe and add the roms you want. (and of course, save it)

rename the snesDS.ds.gba file to thenameyouwant.nds

with this, you can play games, but you cannot save (ooohh), but i think its better than nothing XD
