I wanted to start this topic before everyone starts to post theirs in other threads. This will be helpful for people to find some friends to play online..

You can access to you friend code by choosing MULTIPLAYER MODE from the Main Menu. Then press NINTENDO WI-FI CONNECTION. After that, choose EDIT FRIENDS AND RIVALS options from the right bottom corner. And finally, press ADD FRIEND button. From there, you can see your FRIEND CODE on the upper screen, on the left side..

im still not too familiar with the friend codes though.  

suppose i have someones friends code but they dont have mine, would i still connect to them?

nope.  nintendo has designed wifi connection friend codes so that only people who mutually share their friend codes can connect.  I guess it's a safety thing, since children are playing.

so, you have to both have each others friend code added to your list.
