Question??? I have Flashme v6 do I need to do anything special when  upgrading to Flashme v7.  Such as hold buttons down when booting???

I don't have a Passme no longer, I'm assuming I don't need one since I have Flashme installed already??

Thank you.

If your using a Supercard then theres no reaon to update to v7 as it doesnt change anything for SuperCard users.

can you upgrade the ds firmware straight to v7 from v5 without going through v6. perhaps more pertinent, is it worth the hastle/risk as v5 seems to work well?
lashMe v5,  SuperCard v1.63 CF (1GB Sandisk), MoonShell 1.4, Patch 2.56, BeUp0.3Finalnew

DeVS

If your using a Supercard it is pointless as it wont change a single thing for SuperCard users.

thanks for the info DeVs - however when say v8 comes out and it is better for SC users, would i need to go via all of the 'intermediate' versions to upgrade or can I jump straight to the most recent version?

I think the same.
It was said that v6 hadn't any improvement for SC users at start.
But in order to play Puyo Fever 2 I had to upgrade from v5 to v6.

It's always good to have the most recent version, in fact some newer applications might be based on the latest hacks, therefore it's always safer to update whenever is possible.
By the way I also have an MK3 so for me there was no question about it....

You can go straight to the latest version, of course. Since the flashme.nds is an installer, not an upgrader. So you can install it on a system that hadn't already been flashme'd as well.
