The game you are attempting to play on the Nintendo WFC has not been authorized.
What to do:

Please call 1-800-895-1672 in the USA or Canada.

Did you go into the settings and set the game up for WFC? Also are you using the newest firmware and software patcher for the SuperCard?

I must of changed my Wifi ID somehow, when i start with a new save it works, is there a way that I can use my old save to get back my wifi ID? I have everything unlocked took me forever.

you might have linked your wifi id to your nintendo account. there are reports that this produces an error.
