Hi,
i found i way how to understand chinese characters in original chinese cheat files, here it is :
(not very nice for now but im working on better translator)

1) take chinese cheat (.cht) file you want to use
for example 1810.cht - FinalFantasy 1 & 2

2) rename extension to .htm (1810.cht -> 1810.htm)

3) open file in your web browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla) and change page(character) encoding to Chinese Simplified

4) open a new browser window and point to Altavista Babelfish - http://babelfish.altavista.com/

5) copy and paste characters you want to translate to Babelfish window and select From Chinese-simp to English and press Translate, result will be a word you want to know ;-)

for example(from FF cheat file) :  金钱 = Money

After translation you can change characters to original .cht file to see english words in SC cheat menu

I know this can be done by experiments during game but i found this easier to find what current cheat do without wasting time in experiments
Rigth now im working on a script where you can put your .cht file and transatoin will be done automaticaly
