I'm a *happy* supercard user.  Since I only use it in my micro, M3's size has never allowed it to be a real option.  Now this has changed and I have a million questions--but the m3 site doesn't seem to have a forum.

wondering:
does M3 have rom compression?
how much better are the M3's movie players/formats?
does it save emulator savegames in a better way than supercard?
is the battery life really twice that of SC?
what is the maximum size of M3 SD?  is 4gb an option?
is the rom/save/speed compatability really as good as it says?
are SC .sav files able to be used on M3?

what site will sell me one of the new smaller m3's?  most of the sites that sell 'M3' tend not to tell you which one they're selling, and I *REALLY* don't want the big one.

again I don't really care about NDS anything--and that's all supercard seems to be improving.  Correct me if I'm wrong but the new SC firmware doesn't even support GBC yet, does it?  I'm hoping m3 will be a good option.

You're wrong. They added Goomba Color to the latest SC firmware.
Manually signing your posts is dumb.

Firmware versioning: Get a Passcard 3, a SuperKey, or a slot-1 flashkit. Then it doesn't matter which firmware you have.

I stand corrected on the gbc emulation--that's what happens when gp2x distracts you for a few months.

answering my own question, there is no size limit for the cards in m3--however the official compatability list contains about 20 cards...
is there an actual m3 forum where I can figure more out about compatability and the rest?  this probably isn't the best place for my questions.

I find it very odd that m3 mentions nothing about rom compression.  I'm hardly going to switch to them if I'm going to have to buy a larger SD card to do exactly what I'm doing right now.  Unless there's a *decent* 3rd party compression tool.  I can't say that I've looked in a very long time thanks to supercard's software.

and thanks for the sale link, but it comes with a passkey that I'll never need.  DS really isn't my thing, I'll wait for the next gameboy...
