I found out how to put the cht files in the rom but I can not see the name of the code in the properties of the rom (in th SC program, right click the rom , enable cheat and in that list that you see in the bottom).
All I see is tripes. Is this normal?

You could always try converting action replay codes codes and using those, or play your game with the chinese .cht files and find out what each cheat does so you can edit your .cht file with labels in english. It's kind of a hit and miss thing sometimes with the action replay codes because you have to mess around with them a bit but it works pretty good for me. I think there should be a section in the downloads on this site where people can post working english .cht files that are pre-made or ones that they have created themselves.

I wil try it but I really dont get it with converting the AR codes.

I have only recently learned how to convert the codes myself but I had to read the directions like twice. For all the codes I have made so far, all you have to do is make your .cht file by renaming the .dat file, delete the first three letters or numbers that immediately follow the word "ON=" and just pair up the letters after the comma by 2's. The first part of the code (before the comma) should always have a total of 5 characters, Diablo mentioned in his tutorial to add zeroes if there are less than 5 characters but all the games I have made codes for always have 8. Its easy once you do it and it works right.

The cheat conversion package is a 546kb zip file that contains a program called AR Crypt.exe, Converter.exe and a Cheat.pdf file. EmuCheat is not the conversion package though they do include some pre-made english and chinese .cht files
