Hi everyone. I've had my supercard for a while now and it was great . I had recently picked up a superpass and that too was working great. I decided to put some more ds roms on my cf card while I was waiting I tried the superpass with my gbamp ver.2. All I got was two white screens. Now the supercard wont work at all. If anyone can help me at all it would be much apreciated.Thank you

ratx

When you say doesn't work at all... can you give us more info? you mean it doesn't work in "GBA" mode either? have you tried the L+R power on test? also is your DS flashed?

Cheers

Thanx for the resonse. By not working at all I mean when try my supercard in my micro or ds i just get the screen that says game boy but where it says nintendo is all messed up. I do not have my ds flashed or anything like that and I dont know how to perform the L+R trick you mentioned. Thanx again all help is very much appreciated.

When i turn on the ds it says "there is a DS Option Pak iserted" and when I try it in my micro I just get the GAME BOY screen but the Nintendo underneath it is messed up.

OK I'm half way there my supercard is back in top form the L+R trick worked like a charm so thanx Ratx. However my superpass seems to be the problem now cuz when i boot it up I get the Nintendo ds up top and the warning on the bottom then it goes to two white screens. So if you guys could help me out that would be great.Thanx so much for the help so far.

Looking at this and your other post it sounds like your Supercard may have gone duff. If you can't get it to work in GBA mode its not going to work in DS mode I'd imagine... but you say the L+R test works? I don't understand how that could be the case if it doesn't boot into GBA mode...

sneef

usually if the nintendo logo in GBA mode is garbled, either the cart isn't making proper contact, or there's something physically wrong with the cart.

I am also curious (like ratx just said) how the "L+R trick worked like a charm" if you can't boot into gba mode...

So, your superpass/supercard combo had worked fine until trying to run your GBAMP with superpass?  I dont think it's related to that.  I think your supercard is dying.  but I could be wrong..

The interesting part about the superpass is that it's so simple.
And so hard to break.
If you have the two white screens after the warning screen it means that it trying to boot, but there is no code to run.
make sure your contacts are perfectly clean on both your nds's gba port and your supercard.

Here's what I think has happened.
Your GBAMP messed up your nds's gba connector.
that explains everything you have.
I have a gbamp too and I have thesame problem, the gbamp is a very tight fit and can bend the gba pins a little too hard.
Rubbing the contacts with somthing soft usually works.

Thanx again guys. I did the L+R test in my GB Micro. I think I might just have to pick up another supercard then if that dont work I guess I'm screwed. Any idea's where I can get a supercard CF for cheap?
