SC SD Trouble - backup saving and real time saving

Hi all,

I am having trouble backing up saves and real time save on my Supercard SD. After I save in a game, I try to back it up with L+R+Select+A but it gets stuck with the message "Please Wait" and nothing happens.

I try doing a real time save with L+R+Select+B and it also gets stuck at the "Please Wait" message.

The only way I am able to save is through the QPC method of quickly cycling the power off and on.

I've tried using different SD cards (2GB, 1GB, 512MB & 128MB), a different Supercard SD and on a GBA SP and GB Micro. Nothing has been able to save properly with those methods. I also have a Supercard CF and that can save no problem.

Does anyone have any idea why it isn't working? I would really appreciate any help you could give me!

Thanks!

sneef

your saves are named correctly?

if so, maybe try repatching the games with the supercard SD patcher?  could they have been patched with the CF patcher accidentally?

Oh man.. that was stupid...

Thanks sneef, that was the problem. The games wouldn't save because I was still using the ROMs patched with the CF patcher.

All is good now! Thanks sneef!
