I have several games in my out file on the supercard software.I have no problem at all copying games from this file to my sd card until i encounter a file error saying this...cannot copy(file name):The directory or file cannot be created.                  why do i have this problem after i have just copied a load of files already!    Then what makes even more stupid is when i put a fresh, formatted to fat sd card in, the games i previously tried to put on the last card ,copy fine to the new one i put in! i have not run out of free space on either of the cards. It is becoming quite a pain, does anybody have any ideas or answers to this!?

Try putting them in folders with < 50 files. Windows does weird stuff with folder attributes so don't copy folders to your SD, rather create them on the SD.

BTW I never output patched files directly to SD because I like to sort them on my HD with explorer before I copy them.  The games come up sorted in the supercard menu this way.

i would love to create folders on my sd card but it wont let me,i get the same answer..the directory or file cannot be created.as for using the sdcard as the out on the supercard software i get the same answer...open file error!    I just dont get it!  it had no problems doing either of these procedures earlier

Did you do a full or quick FAT format?  Try a different SD.
