Homebrew for commercial games?

Ok, what type of Homebrew do I need for downloading commercial games? What is it called and where can I download it? I just need everyone to bear with me Im new at this whole thing and need alot of help. I appreciate all the help Ive gotten so far so thank you.

"homebrew" means made by someone other than an official Nintendo developer. So commercial games are not a type of homebrew. Commercial roms are called piracy.  :D

you need a passthrough method (passme 1,2) to play roms. you also need a flashcart, or a supercard, or an m3.

To download commercial games you need:

1) P2P software like limewire or bit-torrent (not illegal)

2) A website that lists what you want and who has it (not illegal)

3) Put the two together (that's illegal)
