I have just downloaded New Super Mario Bros and ran it through the Super Card program like normal but when I load the game it says this "This saved data has been corrupted and must be erased [File 3]" and when I press "A" to erase it, it says its erased and then keeps doing it. How do I stop this?

Its the only rom I have had problems with. My firmware is 1.60 and I don't know how to update it. Any possible way of resolving my problem will help me. Please help!

If possible, can someone send me the .sav file with data on all 3 files so that it may prevent this.

I had the same problem, just update your software and firmware.

When you update the firm, do you have to remove your DS roms and put them back on?

Not sure where you're getting this from, but no, you do not have to remove ROMs from your card to update the SC firmware.  Just put the firmware update on your card (SD, mini-SD, or CF) and run the app in the supercard.  Let it finish flashing the SC before doing anything.  Maybe this person is referring to repatching ROMs.  In some cases you do if you are having problems with a ROM.  I only repatch when I have problems because it's a pain to repatch everything every time the patcher is updated.  Nine times out of 10, a ROM doesn't need to be repatched.
