My friend told me it was not worth my time to DL NES ROMS because they end up with many glitches when played on the NDS. I dont care what he says though I want to play NES games.

Is there a way to DL NES ROMS without glitches?

Do they have to be zip files?

Is there something in general that I can do to play NES ROMS without glitches?

Also, when I DL NDS ROMS, do they have to be zip files to work on the DS?

You have to unzip the rom file from it, then intergrate it into a game file

Its the emulator not the downloads, they might make a breakthrough and get it working... one day

What emulator are you using?  I've been using the on the comes built into the Supercard without any problems (think it runs on GBA harware).  It's probably the best way to go, as I don't think NesDS has save support.  I haven't seen many games with glitches (Punch-Out is kinda garbled though).
