I upgraded the SC's firmware to v1.62 and repatched some of the games with the SC software v2.541, but some of the games lost contact with the save files! I can't load the old files and I can't save into new ones.

After that, I repatched them with an older version of the software, and even put new save files on the card, but it didn't change anything, they simply lost contact with the save files...

What do I do? I prefer to be able to use my old save files, but if not possible, at least create new useful ones...

Stupid question, but do the names of the save files exactly match the names of the ROMs?

Now that you said that, I noticed that, strangely, they were the only roms I changed the name after repatching, but they do have the same names, and since I also tried to make new save files (rom and save files created at the same time from the same source, consequently, with the same name), I think that having the same name is enough, and changing names after patching to something else don't affect anything...

Ok, I solved the problem... Don't ask me why, but it worked after I deleted the files, repatched the roms and put on the card...
Before that, I was overwriting the files... well... Now i've got my saves working again, although not knowing exactly what happened...
