MORE NES ROM HELP!

Ok, so let me get this straight.

I can DL Nintendo and Nintendo DS Roms but I need an emulator!?!?

So when I receive my supercard in the mail I should be able to use the emulator that is built onto the card!?!?

Now I shouldnt have to many glitches playing original Nintendo Roms on this emulator!?!?

Now my friend said that all I have to do is download the Rom file, run it through a patch (which I have yet to DL) and then copy it to my Secure Digital card and run it or play it on the DS. Is this correct!?!?

He only told me that I have to do that with Nintendo DS Roms

But do I also do the same thing with original Nintendo roms!?!?
I think the site where I DL the original Nintedo Roms was Nintendo Roms.com but I will have to check on that for you! Will DL original Nintendo Roms from this site work on the DS!?!? If so then I already have them DL!

With the Original Nintendo Roms that I DL from a site called G masters, they gave me more than one file extension for each Rom, one being a Zip extension. Which one do I want to DL? The ZIP file? Or mabye another file?

On the Nintendo Roms.com site (Or whatever the site was called, I dont exactly remeber off hand) there was only one file to DL for each Rom and I didnt have any problems with DL them. If the question above this one is to far above my head then I will just ignore it and DL from the Nintendo site provided they work with the DS.

One last question

Will regular sized Secure Digital cards fit and work in the Supercard Mini?
Some people told me yes and some people told me no! So which is it?
Cuz if it does then I should have gotten the Supercard Mini. But I already ordered the regular size one and its only a matter of preference.

Oh by the way, if you havent already figured it out, Im a newbie so try to explain it in newbie terms.
Sry for the same newbie question and thankx for the help

Thanks for everyones patience with me and thanks for everyones help I appreciate it.

hello

Nintendo DS "ROMS" run fine, its not an emulator, the ROM is running directly on hardware.

NES ROMS: run via an emulator built into the Supercard firmware or a GBA rom containing the emulator and ROMS - yes this will need patching with the patching software for the supercard. You can put NES roms onto your SD card without any patching....

We're not interested where you get your files from. Please don't discuss this any further. ( Its against the rules )

No regular sized SD cards will not work in a Supercard Mini SD. They need to be mini.
