Japanese Text in Moonshell?

Given that Moonshell's web page is in Japanese, is there something I'm missing here? Files I have with Japanese text in their filenames (MP3's, mostly) show up blank in Moonshell. Do I need some sort of font?

It depends on what codepage you setup Moonshell with.

You did run the setup.exe, didn't you?
Manually signing your posts is dumb.
