If I patched roms like Mario cart with the new software, Is nintendo gonna know if I am playing roms??? :?

Paranoïa is going far on this subject...
It seems just that Nintendo WFC servers gets updates sometimes.
And then roms-players needs to update their patches on some ROMs.
That's all. Nothing to fear, really.

That's mean I can play on wi-fi and when I get banned I use the softwares to repatch the roms.

They figure you're using a ROM so they'll open up a green pipe to your basement and send a horde of fireball and shell tooting plaumbers at you as well as a space bounty hunter and a left handed elf type dude....
which would all be pretty cool actually....if they werent all out to get you...

Thats exactly what it means. I personally haven't encountered te problem yet. But all u have to do is repatch
