I need to know the differences between the two types besides the size. I also hear that the GBA games run better on the MiniSD? I just wanna if I should spend the extra bucks on a smaller version or whatever.

i also have a question for this, is there any compatibility issues between the 2? like certain ds, gba, nes, gg, gb/c etc? and does homebrew have problems working on minisd? cuz i dont want to buy a minisd and give my sd to my cousin to find out the homebrew i use doesnt work on the minisd

I have the CF version and the MiniSD, havent noticed anything as far as issues with homebrew.  I will say though, I love the way it doesnt stick out.
