Supercard works in GBA, not in DS Lite?

EDIT: I found the solution, the DS Lite just doesn't hold the card as tightly, so the SD card gets pushed down a bit further in the GBA... the solution is to shove something on top of the SD card to hold it down a bit, as suggested in this thread.

Okay, I've been using the Supercard on my GBA for a while with no problems. I just got my DS Lite and it worked fine on that too until now. I was able to play NES and GBA games just fine on it, I haven't flashed my DS yet, so I haven't tried any DS games from it. Anyway, I went to load it today and it gave me the "not find SD" error, which I've gotten before and normally fix by popping the SC out and taking the SD card out, blowing on both and putting it back in.

This time it just kept giving me the error, so I thought maybe the card got corrupted. So I try it in my GBA, and it works just fine, I put it back in the DS, and it can't find the SD card again.

I pop it into my PCs card reader and I can read all the files... my card writer switches the write protect on every time you put it in... so when I put it back in the DS, it says "write protect on" so I turn it off, pull it out, switch off write protect. When I pop it back in, the Supercard can't find the SD again...

I'd chalk it up to the SD card being jossled when I move it from system to system, but EVERY time I put it in the GBA it works fine, and EVERY time I put it in the DS it says it can't fine the SD card.

Does the GBA slot handle GBA games differently than the DS Lite? What could be causing the DS Lite's GBA slot to make the Supercard unable to read the SD card?

The only possibility I can think of is that the DS Lite was charging when I started all this... I'm not sure how that would have made it so the Supercard continues to work fine except being unable to read the SD card when it's in the DS Lite, but that's the only major thing that happened since it last worked.

I just don't get it, normally I'd say some element of the process had broken, but they all work individually, it's just when I put the Supercard in the DS that it can't read the SD card... which is really the one place I care about it doing so :p

Anybody have any idea what is going on?
