My sister just arrived from China with a fresh DS Lite in her purse. She also got a miniSD supercard, I also asked for a passkey2 but the person that sold the DS Lite and supercard said that it wasn't needed. I don't know if it was because the DS is already flashed or they just were out of stock and was afraid my sis wouldn't get the SC if no passkey..?

Is there a way to check if the DS Lite is flashed? I can read from the miniSD on the supercard by starting the DS Lite normally and press start GBA game. But nor the .nds or .nds.dsq shows up on the DS Lite.

But if I go to the SAVER menu I see the created nds.sav file.

If the DS lite is already flashed and you have the supercard mini SD in the gba slot, the system should boot right into the supercard menu with the menu on the top screen and the supercard logo on the bottom screen. If it's booting up in GBA mode, it's most likely not flashed.

I got a DS lite from China too, it came with a Supercard MiniSD.  I think it was pre-flashed because I didn't need to do anything to play roms.  It all worked perfectly.
