Restoring saves with REIN/RAIN...

I got some saves from my real DS games off of RAIN. Now that I've backed up my saves, I want to overwrite the saves on the card with new saves that have everything unlocked or characters levelled up ridiculously, just so I can mess around a bit. Unfortunately, with both games I've tried with saves from Dualscene.net, choosing the second option (DS Game <- save file) gives me an error at the end, and the save on the game is completely unaffected. I've tried this with REIN v15 and RAIN v12. Help, anyone? Thanks.

Hi,

I've successfully used rain1.4 with saves from a couple games (using a SCSD) without any problems.  Which games have you tried?  I have tried and failed to get many saves (from different places) to work.  Usually, I will get a corrupted game save error when I start the game if the save is bad.

I've tried it with Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow and Kirby: Canvas Curse, both USA versions, with saves from DualScene.net. Unfortunately, not only did the saves not work, but the game cards themselves were not even affected one bit - my old saves were completely untouched. :-/

Hi,

I haven't tried those two, but I have done Ping Pals and Magnetica.
