I really didn't wanna be aother guy with a white ds lite , but Navy blue is $200...

Now if I didnt min dlight blue I could of gotten one of those for the same price as a white ds...

Yeah, it is expensive. I paid $180 for mine a while back but it looks way cooler than the white. So I say it was worth it

I ended up paying $210 including shipping at the end, and some more for the Max Media Launcher to get it flashed, but man.... I wouldn't trade my Navy for anything right now. It's fun to meet another Lite owner, until they drop their jaw at my Navy. xP

I wasn't too excited about having to go with the white one, but now that I have it, I have to say it's actually quite sexy. I think with the navy blue or black one, fingerprints would show up VERY easy.

I'm still not happy with my white...well as happy as i'd be with any of the other colors.

I think i may make some custom decales and put them on...or maybe not...i just don't like plain white. It's not me.

It's smart marketing by Nintendo. They'll wait 3 or so months, and then release a new color. The hardcore DS owners will trade in thier white Lites + cash for the new colored one, making Nintendo more money.

The thing about Nintendo is not only do they make the best games and most innovative systems, they are also very smart on the business side of things. It may not seem "fair" sometimes and we may not like it, but this is why Nintendo makes big money in this business and Sony and MS lose big money.

And nintendo is forcing you to buy those new colors either. It's not forcing you to buy a lite either. It's good marketing and the drive to have an indivisual look that drives these sales of the colored ones.

As i said, personally I'll just decale mine.

Ive been really happy with the Retroboy Skinset I bought for my GBA Sp BL. They take tons of abuse.
