Does anyone know if a developers kit is available?

There isn't one.  What are you trying to do exactly?

I would like to see if I can't help develop better compatibility and features.  Some of the features I'd like to see would be a much better MP3 player and image viewer but it would also be nice to see if FAT32 can be supported.  I've been a programmer for over 20 years since I was 8 years old and this may be a new challenge worth taking a look at but I'm seeking a starting point.

I'd love for someone with some programming skills to step in and improve the Supercard.  Unfortunately, it seems that romman (the creator of the Supercard) hasn't done much to allow anyone else to write code for it.  Long filenames have just been implemented with the latest firmware release, so FAT32 really isn't needed now IMHO.  I don't use the MP3 player or image viewer, so I can't really comment on that.

To me, game compatiblity is the Supercard's biggest problem, and to have someone else help with improving that would be great.  All I can say is that you should contact romman and ask him if you could help out.   Maybe after enough requests he will allow someone to step in.

yeah, romman is a very hard person to get in touch with, and he seems very tightlipped about letting anyone else in on the project.  All you can do is ask and see what he says  :D
