Hi all,

Yesterday I finally got my DS lite. I put some games on an old 256MB DaneElec CF card and popped in my Max Media Launcher. All was working well, so I bought a 1GB TakeMS CF card, so I could take more games with me. But the games on the 1GB card won't work. I do see the SC menu but with some games I get two white screens after starting and with others the loading counter just goes on and on. Alite works fine.
I used the same patched roms from my 256MB card (which all worked fine on that (256MB) card) and still the errors occur. I'm thinking the 1GB card is rotten or not compatible with the Supercard. Any ideas?
I scanned the card with HDtune and it gave no errors.

Have you tried reformatting, making sure it's FAT and not FAT32 ?

Yes, I formatted it twice to FAT just to be sure.

Could be a compatibility issue with the CF card. Not all CF cards work with supercard.

If some games do work then you may need to defrag the card.  I have a 1 gig Elcheapo CF card I found on Froogle and it works great.
