I've heard that there are some compatibility problems and slowdowns with the supercard SD. I'm assuming these problems are still there with the micro?

Any other suggestions what other SD adapter I can use? I basically want to put roms and mp3s into my micro...

Quote from: "rocky"You could get the M3 Mini SD

Hmm... I'm using SD cards so I should be getting the M3 SD! Wow, it's alot more expensive than the supercard though. Is it much better?

Jinnai

if you want GBA games definatly and in some cases certain homebrews. DS games it's about even, which is why m3 came out with its m3pro line to get it closer to the supercard which main thing going for it is DS support.

Clement

What are homebrews? Hmm from what I read, the m3 seems to be more stable than the supercard, but it doesn't have mp3 support!

More expensive and no mp3 support. It's going to be a tough decision between the supercard and m3...

Are there other adapters which are good w/ mp3 support?

er....so far all main carts have mp3 support. Cos they all can run moonshell.

Not m3 though... you have to convert your mp3s to allow m3 to play them!

Well not if you use moonshell  ;) you have to convert music file if you use the built-in mediaplayer but its up to you to use moonshell instead. Anyway if you plan to play gba with your cart M3-Perfect is definetly the way to go ;)

ooooh I see... didn't know you could use an external player! Hmm, but an M3 is still heaps more expensive than a supercard. What else about the m3 is so good that justifies the extra cost over the supercard??
